How come I can not listen to the sample track once I have clicked the listen here button?
In order for you to listen to a sample of a song, you need to have the recent real player plugin which can be downloaded by going to the Real Player website. On a slow connection, it takes some time for the sample to stream from the website and you might need to be a little bit more patient. However, this should not be the case with a faster connection.
How do I download my music from your website?
There are two ways of downloading music on malawianmp3.com
(a) After purchase and your payment has cleared, we will send you an email immediately to the email address that you
provided us with all the download links to the music purchased. This vitually happens in minutes once we have received your payment. Sometimes this email can be delivered to your bulk folder so its importantly to check for the email there first. By clicking on the links provided with the email, you can thus download your music. Remember that links expire after 3 clicks and in 48 hours. After 48 hours and more than 3 clicks that link becomes useless. We will only reset your link if you contact us as soon as possible and only when we are convinced that there is not fraud involved.
(b) You can also download your music by login on malawianmp3.com if you have an account with us. Once log in click on "Order History" then "order" and if you scroll down the page you will be able to see the music that you have purchased and their download links. If you have any problem with the tracks that you have recently downloaded inform us immediately.
I am an artist and I want to add my music on malawianmp3.com?
We like to hear form both experienced and upcoming artists. Before adding music on this website, there are a few things that we need to make clear. Firstly, this does not guarantee that you music will sell like cakes. Just like any product, for you to attract the highest amount of sales with us, you will need to market your music and refer your customers to your page on malawianmp3 where they can purchase your music. We will give you your own dedicated subdomain for example (www.malawianmp3.com/newartists) which you can add on your CD's or website and use for Marketing Purposes. We do our part to market your music too so you are not alon there.
Secondly, a track on malawianmp3.com sells at a cost of 0.60pp (Based on the current exchange rate, you can work out how much this is in MWK's). Our initial offer is that you will receive 0.15pp from every download of your track no matter the amount of times it is downloaded for. (For example, if you track has been downloaded 20 times, you will receive 0.155pp x 20). The rest of the money goes to the running of the website. The 0.15pp payout is negotiable based on your sales potential.

Contact us about your intent to buy music and how much you would like to spend by emailing info@malawianmp3.com. We will give you an account in Malawi where you can deposit your funds. Once we have received your money, we will convert it to Pounds using the best possible available exchange rate. Once we have done that, we will give you a Redemption Code or Pin which will be applied on checkout. Once applied on checkout, the Redemption Code or Pin value will decrease by the amount of the your recent purchase. If you have run out of credit in your redemption code, you can simply deposit the money with the same account, inform us and we will update the funds on your Redemption Code. The good thing is that you chose what you want your redemption code to be.
You will also be able to do the same to buy other products like Phones, T-Shirts from this website. We will ship them to you but you will have to pay the postage costs. This is the easiest way for you to be part of the malawianmp3.com experience.
